About

MyHome Specialist provides advanced Polyurea Spray Lining solutions, bringing high-performance waterproofing and long-lasting protection to residential, commercial and industrial properties in Malaysia.

We specialise in Polyurea Spray Lining, providing versatile waterproofing and protective coating solutions designed to meet the different requirements of each property and application. Our systems are applied according to substrate condition, environment and project requirements, with particular attention given to surface preparation, detailing and application quality.

With our team and professional Polyurea spray equipment based in Malaysia, we provide complete solutions from site assessment and surface preparation to Polyurea application and final protective coating. Our focus is on delivering quality, durability, reliability and long-term protection for every project.

As buildings become more valuable and property owners demand better long-term solutions, conventional waterproofing is not always the only option. To meet this need, MyHome Specialist has focused on Polyurea Spray Lining technology — a seamless, fast-curing and highly durable system capable of providing both waterproofing and protection to the underlying structure.

Polyurea is spray-applied to form a continuous, seamless protective membrane without conventional joints or overlaps. Its combination of flexibility, rapid curing and durability makes it particularly suitable for structures requiring reliable waterproofing and long-term protection

Mission

To go beyond waterproofing — to provide long-lasting protection through Polyurea technology.

We believe waterproofing should not only stop water today, but continue protecting the structure for years to come.

Through Polyurea Spray Lining, proper surface preparation and professional application, our mission is to deliver seamless, durable and long-lasting protection for every structure we work on.

Vision

To make advanced Polyurea protection accessible to residential and commercial properties.

Our vision is to give homeowners and businesses the opportunity to choose a better, longer-lasting waterproofing system — bringing Polyurea technology beyond large-scale industrial projects and into everyday properties.

Better Technology. Better Protection. Built to Last.
